Erin Posey: 

I was inspired to leave a 20-year career in consumer goods when my house burned down to the ground. Seriously. It went up in flames. We were 8 days from closing on the sale and everything fell apart. My Realtor at the time was a true lifesaver. She put me in touch with the right insurance people, coached me through next steps, checked in on me daily, and ultimately sold the property to a developer.  She was so much more than a Realtor to me. I've always loved looking at houses and have been slightly obsessed with design, architecture and real estate. But when I experienced how much agents truly impact lives, I knew I wanted to make a career change. I’ve been a real estate broker ever since and I’m honored to say that my team at COMPASS is ranked one of the top 10 teams in the nation. By far, building meaningful relationships with people and helping them achieve their dreams is what I love most about what I do. When I’m not with clients, I juggle two teenage boys, two dogs, and a board role for the Cherokee Trail High School PTCO.  Life is really, really good.

Louisa Lowe:

I always knew I wanted to be in real estate–I just didn’t know in what capacity. I stumbled into the finance side of the industry and I’m grateful I did! Loans are far more creative than most people realize–each one is a puzzle that can be solved in many different ways. For me, the key to finding the right combination of things that uniquely fits my client’s needs. I’ve been doing this ever since I graduated college, first as a compliance officer and then as a loan officer and there’s nothing I’d rather be doing. I love being the magic behind the curtain that makes people’s dreams come true. What’s better than that?

When I’m not working, I’m with my husband and our dog Rocky watching sports or traveling!
